Yesterday turned out to be a really fun day which didn't surprise me because I was with my family. We wanted to get a head start so we woke up a little before 9am. I took a shower and got ready to go. Everyone else was just about ready to leave and my second to oldest sister had already rented the van. She decided that she would do the driving for us, which was very appreciated by all. We were at the first winery before noon and managed to stop at four different wineries before we took a break for lunch.
The place we ate lunch at was an awesome small town pub with a great beer selection. After all that wine a glass of beer was a nice break! My boyfriend and I shared French onion soup and a chicken sandwich. We went to one more winery before we ended out the day at a small brewery. This brewery was so awesome we just loved it! The ride home was about an hour and a half then I went with my second to oldest sister to return the van. I had some leftover pizza when we got back to the house then started to watch Frozen with my sisters but had to go to bed.
During the day I managed to stock up on a lot of wine which is exciting! They were all a decent price so I definitely saved money on some great bottles. I should mention the delicious car snacks we had yesterday. My second to oldest sister made guacamole and cut up cheeses, also my twin sister made a big fruit salad. For dessert there were baked almonds and almond cookie bars, both of which were made by my second to oldest sister. I did alright suppressing my hand washing during the day. I had to use a lot of public restrooms but handled it decently. I've tried really hard to give my hands a break this weekend but they are still not where I wasn't them to be. Well until later!
